Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automated Decision-Making

Our services use artificial intelligence tools to analyse and assess student performance, including CV screening, mock assessments and interview recordings. These analyses contribute to candidate scores and rankings, which may be visible to potential employers.

Some decisions regarding student rankings or profile visibility to employers may involve partially automated processing. While human review may occur in some cases, we do not currently offer a formal appeal process for automated decisions, however, you may contact us if you believe an AI decision was inaccurate or unfair.

AI tools used may include both internally developed models and third-party solutions. These tools are used to enhance performance analytics, feedback accuracy, and job matching.
